Being dedicated and do it every day is the only thing that works long term. January begins the 4th year of my weight loss journey, I lost 135 lbs slowly by changing my lifestyle, working out and eating correctly. It can be done at any age, I am 57. Just commit and do it.

Hey ,Bobby greets from Belgium. I have a physically demanding job as a metal plate worker. We are lifting things at least 8 hours a day. My stepcount is anywhere between 8000 and 15000 every day . at the end of the day I do a calisthenics full body workout of around 20 to 30 minutes consisting of 4 to 5 excercises emom style withdifferent variations of pullups pushups dips rows squats lunges and burpees. always cycling excercises to avoid injurie. I never skip a workout . I m in reasonable shape but not completely ripped because i need to work on my diet . Thanks for making me realise that the diet part should be alot stricter, cause i eat alot of fruit and veggies and good protein but i tend to fall off the wagon quit often with some fast foods .im going to work on that now , I also tend to keep things simple thats why i workout at home or calisthenics park, Anyways thanks for the good and simple content, I wish U a happy newyear

Bobby - Don't know how I found you, but what a find you are. Lucky me! I can feel your passion for good health habits and conditioning. Any plans for a workout routine for seniors with a gym-rat history, now retired and just playing around with weights randomly and doing some aerobics )walking and elliptical here and there?

I love these videos! I do pretty well for the sleep and workouts. I have to admit, the diet portion is a little tough to stick to. Can you please do a video that goes more into detail as to what you consider 'processed food'. For example, I eat salmon, but in order to follow your plan, do I have to eat the salmon plain? Or can I put some teriyaki sauce on it? You mention cheese in a salad...Is cheese processed food? What ahout sliced turkey or ham from the deli? What about organic bread? What about wine? Also, I find it hard to get enough protein during the day...Does whey protein count as processed food? Thanks again for the videos!
