Привет Рустам! Спасибо, я в молодые годы ходил то на таеквондо, то на каратэ, в рейсах занимался йогой, то растяжка осталась еще. Главное делать через расслабление, чтобы на травмировать связки.

Thank you for your support. Unfortunately, I have health problems. I have been undergoing examinations for two weeks, a biopsy test confirmed that I have prostate cancer. In a month I am planning a surgical operation to remove the prostate, I don’t know what will happen next, but for now I continue to exercise.

Incredible strength on pistol squat, and amazing flexibility! I am still working on my middle splits, and made some progress in the past several years. I feel pain in my hips joints at the maximum range, so I am trying to figure out how to turn my legs, so my hip joint doesn't get stuck :) You are my inspiration!!
