9 MIN SLIM BUTT WORKOUT ROUTINE AT HOME
- BENEFITS of today’s Slim Butt Workout Routine
- It helps lose the fat from the butt Fat and tone the muscles in the glutes and thighs as well.

- Quick & Effective at home or in the gym
We’ll do Slim Butt Workout with 10 moves, 30 seconds with one time break (10 seconds)
Here are the moves in this routine:
1. Squat side kick - 30 sec
2. Backward lunge- L& R 30 sec (each)
3. Standing donkey kicks- L& R 30 sec (each)
4. Break- 10 seconds
5. Knee to elbow kick back - L& R 30 sec (each)
6. Fire hydrant R - L& R 30 sec (each)
7. Booty half-moons- L& R 30 sec (each)
8. Clam shell - L& R 30 sec (each)
9. Bridge -30 sec
10. Superman- 30 sec
11. Prone leg lift alternated(R&L) 30 sec (each)
