9 MIN SLIM BUTT WORKOUT ROUTINE AT HOME
- BENEFITS of today’s Slim Butt Workout Routine
- It helps lose the fat from the butt Fat and tone the muscles in the glutes and thighs as well.
- very nice to lift your butt and make round booty - Better Posture
- Quick & Effective at home or in the gym
We’ll do Slim Butt Workout with 10 moves, 30 seconds with one time break (10 seconds)
Here are the moves in this routine:
1. Squat side kick - 30 sec
2. Backward lunge- L& R 30 sec (each)
3. Standing donkey kicks- L& R 30 sec (each)
4. Break- 10 seconds
5. Knee to elbow kick back - L& R 30 sec (each)
6. Fire hydrant R - L& R 30 sec (each)
7. Booty half-moons- L& R 30 sec (each)
8. Clam shell - L& R 30 sec (each)
9. Bridge -30 sec
10. Superman- 30 sec
11. Prone leg lift alternated(R&L) 30 sec (each)

all I wanted to say is, I've been doing this workout for the past few months and the way my body looks right now comparing to the few months is amazing. Not that this shaped my booty up, but also my thighs got smaller and slimmer. Honestly this is so worth it, I went from weighting 53kg to 49kg :)

@@sbagfasytfh5827 Obviously I don't know what this person actually did. But in general it is said that 80% depends on diet and 20% on exercise if you want to loose weight.

@@shi7805 Hello dearest!!💕 So I yes, along with workouts I did the diets too so I would like to share it with you... I used to start my day with lemonade (without sugar) Breakfast: (around 7 am) 1 bowl of oatmeal (salted) around 50gm and a glass of warm milk ( unsweetened) Lunch: (around 2:30 pm) some low calorie fruits and veggies like carrots, papayas, radishes along with some grapes (I love grapes lol😋) Dinner: (between 8pm to 9pm) a carrot. ........................................................ So this was my diet it wasn't too extreme cuz I did around 1500 to 1700 calorie workouts ( 1000 calorie workouts twice a day along with body toning and sculpting exercises)

IT REALLY WORKS! I 've been doing this for 8 days(not consistently ) and I've seen a HUGE DIFFERENCE! I am so confident now! From now on I'll be doing some of the high burning workout shown in this video for five minutes(I think i no longer need to do this for 10 mnts because my butt is in the way I wanted ,so I just need to maintain this)thank u sooooo much Shirlyn, love uuu, u r one of the youtubers I trust💗💜💗💜💗

@@mangobobaxd6167 um hello i know u did not asked me but i have been doing this workout with lilly sabri 5 min sexy hips workout so that i can get rid of my hip dip too i dont have a big butt i have a flat one but i dont wanted my butt to grow so i did this and the results are amazing i got rid of my hip dips and also my butt didnot grow and yea now i have a nice shape too

I will do this with 10 min full body workout for 30 days Day1✅ Day2✅ Day3✅ Day4✅ (my legs are also burning🥵) Day5✅ im ok 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ Day6✅ i kinda used to it Day7✅ I have to finished bcs i injured my arm and it hurts a lot:(

Same here, that's why I'm doing this. Having a big butt Was always an annoying thing for me + It's hard to find pants that fit me at my waist AND butt. Hope you'll get the results you want, keep it up💪💪

I’m going to do this workout twice a day, also I’m going to do another workouts of weight loss (that workouts are from Shirlyn too) UPDATE: I’m skinny but I have a big butt for my family, but I’m trying to make it more slim bc I feel uncomfortable when I use tops, also I feel uncomfortable when I use pants bc my butt looks really big so I have to use big T-shirt’s and I can’t use what I want Day 1: I did it twice, I felt the burn😁✅ Day 2: I did it twice, ofc I don’t have results yet✅ Day 3: I did it twice✅ Day 4: I did it twice, I’m starting to see results, my butt looks more slim than before and is more small too✅ Day 5: I didn’t the workout because I was busy guys I get some changes but I did the other workout for the small butt for 2 weeks, it calls slim peach or something like that, but right now I’m doing that workout one day and in the next day I do this workout, I’m having more results if I do the both workouts than just one, so yeah, now I have a slimmer butt than before, and now I’m doing the weekly workouts from the calendar that shirlyn has on instagram, my full body looks slim now💞, but I’m going to continue doing one day the other workout that shirlyn has of slim and small butt and the next day I’ll do this and I’ll continue sharing the results Day 1 doing the both workouts: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: my butt looks smaller than before✅🫢 Day 6: ✅ Day 7: rest day🫶 WEEK 2 Day 8: ✅

Day1:- done 10reps of 90%exercises Day2:- done 15 reps of each exercise Day3:- 15-20 reps of each with breaks bez mom keep coming in between😂 Day4:- break Day5:- 20reps of each Day6:- 20 reps of each except last two Day7:- 20 reps of each i can see the difference 😊

hey im trying this for a month w/ a good diet day one: good, felt easy day two: little harder but felt good day three: skipped because I went out to the mall with friends day four: tiresome but it feel calming day five: I had a headache and only did half of the workout

Iam having 37 inch butt but my butt size is somewhat larger and bigger for my overall body. The main thing i want to reduce butt is to wear high waisted jeans without oversized tshirts or hoodies.
