I promise I will do it tomorrow twice. Day 4: ✅ Done! I did it twice. Day 5: ✅ Done! Day 6:❌ I am sorry. I didn't do it again bc my grandma died 😢 and we went to church so I was home late. I will do it 2 times tomorrow. Day 7: ✅ Done! I did it twice. Results: I already see some results, but I will keep doing it. Week 2: Day 8: ✅ Done! It was really easy today, but my back hurted for no reason 😂 Day 9: ✅ Done! My back doesn't hurt anymore! Yay! I don't know what was yesterday lol. Day 10: ✅ Done! Day 11: ✅ Done! Only one more day to go. Day 28: ✅ Done! FULL RESULTS: Now I have more hourglass figure. I feel better while wearing a dress. This workout really helped me and I will still doing it, but just not every day and I will stop updating. I defenitly recommend this workout and I think it's amazing.

@@anphineantony2072 So... I normally update at the end of the week, but I can tell that I feel like hourglass figure. I am not sure if it's bc of that workout, but my waist is like 4 cm smaller. I know this is only for hips, but I have smaller waist. (I am not doing any diet). I am really happy and I already got results that I want, but I decided to do it until the end.

@@anphineantony2072 Wow, sorry for late feedback. I downloaded Shirlyn's workout and I do it offline since the very beginning. I think I should start byour saying that after the first week (out of 4) finished it turned out to be a lot easier and the workout seemed to end sooner than imagined. I go on diets almost all the time so I don't know whether I burned a couple of kg due to working out or dieting, but I believe in Shirlyn'a workout, since dieting can't burn so much for a month (at least I didn't manage to). Throughout the month I noticed that I started to starve a lot rarer than before. In a nutshell, the results from the workout reached my expectations. But I didn't think I would survive for 1 week even at first, but people have to believe in their goals. Please note that I was working out 3 times per week, since I don't like to exercise when my parents are watching. So for those who are exercising every day, my guess can lose no less then 5-6 kg. Did I miss any details you'd like to know?

for speedy results you can do mountain climbing , planks , side planks crunches, pushups,leg raise and some aerobic exercises each of 3 sets... if you do these you dont even need diet unless u eat too much

Hello! I started this workout june 20, 2024 because i saw a video on tiktok, and it said that they recommend shirlyn kim's workout for hip dips, so i was here. I've tried hip dips workouts before and they are hard for me as a beginner, and the results are not so quick! One of the things i love here is that this workout has a warm up and has stretches in the end. So, i don't feel any pain the day after doing this workout. Plus, i got this hip dip genes. Like, i want to at least try to make them invisible. 'cause man.. it's so deep, and I'm only 16, so why not change it.. Measurements: 6/20/24: 76 cm 6/20/24: 78 cm Will update every 10 days!

I will do for 31 days: day 1: Hard, It is a very tiring exercise. However, about 2 hours later I went to look at myself in the mirror and there was already a slight, slight difference!! I found this amazing!! ✅ NOTE: I'm doing another exercise for hip dips too!!

I’m very young but I’m very insecure about my body, I’ve tried many workout and in the end I feel ugly, and fat. I weight 52 kg and I’m 165 cm, im trying this out along with six other workouts and some cardio. I’ll keep this updated on my weight for the next 7 days. Day 1 : it wasn’t too bad but some exercises in the video burned a lot but I’m not sweating.

You're not fat. I, myself 165 cm with 58 Kg weight. And i didn't feel fat, like at all. Don't be too hard on yourself. My advice, try to do light cardio or fat burning workout.

31 Days. I've been doing it for a week now, although I take two days off a week (the days I wash my hair) I want to start doing it every day. I'll update here to stay motivated for Halloween (I need to wear pants that show off my hip dips) Obg: English is not my first language, I'm mainly using Google here 😊 Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ End of week 1!! I noticed a good difference, even though I only did it a few days, the hips are still very visible, but the shape of my back has improved (?) Day 1: ✅ Very easy! Day 2: ✅ I struggled today for some reason Day 3: ❌ I was very nauseous and ended up vomiting, I'll do it twice tomorrow if I'm better Day 4: ✅ did it twice, and my God... I'll use it as motivation to never skip a day Day 5: ✅ It was easy, but I was so lazy today that it felt like an eternity Day 6: ❌ I slept... I slept a lot, woke up to take a shower and lie down again hehe, I'm sorry, I'll do this twice tomorrow Day 7: ✅ I did it twice, I'm very tired and my legs are wobbly, but it was very good Ksksksk

okay hey i have loved shirlyn kims workouts forever! i have done her pilates and her full body workouts and they work beautifully! i’m 14 and a dancer and want not only to build up strength but also to feel confident in my body. I have my dance class and dance practice (around a total of 3-5 hrs of dancing) every other day, so i want to do this workout every day that i don’t have my dance classes so i don’t tire myself. i am also on a calorie deficit, eating from 1,000-1,400 cals a day. For reference my waist is 24 inches, 34 inch bust, and 36 inch hips right now. i feel like my hip dips make my waist look bigger than it actually is so i’m hoping that my hips can be 38 inches after their workout challenge! I’ll be doing it for 1 month starting today 10/27: ✅ 10/28: ✅ 10/30: ✅ 11/1: ✅ 11/3: ❎ church then last minute shopping 😓 11/5(no school): ✅ ❎ only did half js came back from a sleepover 😭 11/6: ✅ this one felt especially good because i haven’t done it in a while 😁 11/8: ✅ IM SO PROUD MY HIPS ARE NOW 36.5 🥹 THANK YOU SHIRLYN IMA KEEP GOING 11/10: ✅ 11/12: ❎ forgot 😓 11/14: 11/16: 11/18: 11/20: 11/22: 11/25 (road trip): 11/26: 11/27: 11/28: pls remind me!!! i’m rlly hoping by the time im back from my trip (november 30th) my hip dips have improved!!!

Day 6.✅ I think yesterday I started to see that my hip dip is starting to go away because the dip is starting to go away little by little, so I do have to say that this exercise does work don't give up because you don't see results right away, results will come if you keep doing it
