First of all, I'm so glad to have found your channel. From one 50-something to another, I'm enjoying watching your weight loss videos. I needed to hear your point about how we need to prepare ourselves with meals/snacks when we are most vulnerable so we don't get off-plan.Thanks for your content.

Pesto chicken is a good lunch as well & similar to your cracked chicken. Place butterflied or thin chicken breast cutlets in a greased glass baking dish. Cover generously with pesto or sun dried tomato pesto. Sprinkle lightly with fresh shredded Parmesan. Add a thin layer of fresh spinach (optional). Cover with shredded mozzarella. Bake in 375 oven. Delicious! It satisfies the craving for Italian food without having to worry about carbs in pasta or too much marinara sauce.

The sleeping better is a real thing about keto. I to am sleeping better. I do keto along with OMAD. I don't have a gal bladder and I have IBS along with gastroparesis. I do have some issues but not daily.

I tried bile salts for the same reason but did not have success. I started to see a GI dr and they prescribed Colestipol and it worked instantly. Much cheaper going thru insurance than buying something online or at a market

You're Chili reminds me of one of my favorite go to meals when I'm dieting. You just take a pound of your favorite ground meat and brown it. Take any veggies you want, lots of them, I use cauliflower, broccoli stems. carrots, onion, red pepper, celery etc. chop them really fine. I use a food processor to get 1/8-1/4" pieces. and add them to your meat. Add a jar of sugar free spaghetti sauce and simmer for a little bit. You never miss the beans, it smells like you've cooked all day and is so satisfying to eat. You can have a big helping and the carbs are really low depending on what veggies you use. I figure even if the carbs are a little more, you're getting a lot of fiber so it's still better than some alternatives.

We make Crake Chicken but we call it Bacon Chicken, I LOVE IT.... But we also call Chicken Breast wrapped in Bacon, Bacon-wrapped Chicken also Ha, Ha. Oh well.... I Gotta try the Broccoli Cheddar Rounds, I'll let you know how they turn out.

The best advice I give people is to plan your meals ahead it actually removes a lot of the stress when you take one day a week and prep for the week coming up making it a snap to get your meals done daily. Giving you more time to exercise or whatever you like. For example, I cooked my taco meat ahead and I cooked my spaghetti meat ahead. I have breaded with pork rinds and Parm cheese my chicken tenders up ahead and placed them to freeze enough so I could bag them and have them ready in my freezer, I have my veggies chopped up and blanched and froze them then bagged them. For this week I also cooked sausage patties ahead and froze them and patted up some hamburger patties to freeze. I just feel it is less to stress about and it also gives you time to think about the following week. Being that I am 3 years away from 60 I want to eliminate any kind of stress I can getting older has left me to be more sensitive and critical of myself so anything that can lift that weight off my soul is welcome here.

Wow, after yet another afternoon/evening of snacking on crap (keto crap, but still crap) instead of making dinner your video resonated with me! I do need to make up food ahead of time and plan. These are great suggestions. Yesterday, I made your cheeseburger in a bowl and it was so simple (I just made it up based on the picture) and delicious. Today I was back to eating crap. Hopefully tomorrow I get out the meal prep containers and get to work!

I love your end segment, I am the same way no constipation here! I don’t have a gallbladder either it’s the higher fat and our body trying to process that higher fat. Thank you for your Chanel! I am just starting on keto again for the millionth time and it was the higher fat in my body not handling it well that did it so I’m going to try to keep the fat a little lower for a while until my body gets used to it. It is encouraging for me to see someone that is closer to my age doing keto!

Hi there, I love your videos ! I just wanted to let you know that I don't have a gallbladder as well. I was told that now that I don't have one I need to take a digestive enzyme with meals, especially meals with fat. People who don't have gallbladders cannot process fat the way others do. It can't be just any enzyme so please check with the health store as they are trained. The love the keto diet as well but it can put a lot of strain on our digestive system because of our lack of gallbladder.

Had my last day at school today (school secretary) have one week of work at home then my summer break starts. My goal for the summer is to delete my Starbucks app, prepare meals ahead and find a low carb, dairy free breakfast that I can grab and go when school starts again so that I can stick to a two meal per day & 1-2 snack per day strategy as a lifestyle. I've got to do it and this video will help me reach my goals. What are you eating for breakfast these days Bobbi?

I don't eat breakfast most day, only weekends. I will eat eggs with lots of veggies, ham or bacon and maybe a little cheese. Sometimes I'll have a chaffle avocado toast.

Yes the keto offers all of those healthy benefits. i started keto about 5 weeks ago i have lost 25 lbs! i am doing the omad intermittent fasting. that is one meal a day. I sleep better. i have lost almost two sizes ! every morning my thighs are shrinking. and i am doing weight watchers as well. but the keto will also make you look very young as you lose your face tightens..its incredible i feel great!!! by fasting one meal a day , your body starts to reheal itself. per Dr. Berg. who i would recommend you to watch on KZbin, he is awesome.. him and his wife. And im over 50 as well .

@@MindfulMidlife .... to reduce your arthritis, ADD lots more omega 3s. You are eating chicken, high in omega 6, which can aggravate arthritis. Also, u may want to cut out, down on nightshade, ie tomatoes, to reduce pain. Blessings

Yes, to the no gallbladder causing that effect. I found that taking bile salts helps, and my skin seems more supple since taking them (I think because they help our body digest fat).

1/2 c fresh grated mozzarella, 1 egg, 1/2 t xantham gum. Mix together and good in a small waffle maker u til no more steam comes out! Yum!

I am dairy free. I miss cheese so much. Vegan cheese is not good. Dairy causes diarrhoea so maybe keep a food diary.

I am amazed that anyone could lose weight eating all of that fat! I've never looked into keto, but it doesn't look healthy to me. I can't sleep well so maybe it's worth a look!
