I have been subscribed to Precision Striking for a while, because he provides honest and real boxing knowledge. Unfortunately, I will never be a boxer that fights for money or in full sparing for medical reasons. But my practicing these things has improved my reaction time, visual field, tracking movement, kinetic linking (moving with hands and feet), muscle memory, mobility and flexibility. I would also say that and it might seem silly but also works is Bal-a-vis X (which is primarily used for individuals recovering from a Stroke or brain injury) it’s similar to juggling but greatly improves all of these things used in boxing. Also, it’s scalable it can be made to be harder or easier.
