Yes good coaching, but be careful not to put to much into looking pretty. In kung-fu we have a saying, embroidered hands and flowered feet. We need power along with that pretty display. Good coaching though.

Coach you remind me of freddie roach they way you teach thanks for the knowledge.I remember when i had my first fight with my so call homeboy i rushed in with a jab with my track speed and my eyes closed my homeboy rock me right in my eyes he daze me i shook it off and he was running i knew after that i needed to learn how to box my friends taunted me everyday the star athlete until i got with a golden glove champion and once he taught me all my friends was scared to even air box me they even moved away from me cause I learned how to box.

Actually i didn't explain this before but my muay thai lumpinee coach he went to japan for about 5 years before coming to my country bahrain which he practice boxing with speed bag and everything there and he coach me muay thai only than he told me later i must add conditioning bone bone to fight like him not to fell much pain last i must do boxing like him which now i'm learning everyday, very good pivot with little evade thank you coach anthony
