Guruji pranam 🙏🏻🙏🏼 Sir meri problem solve kar do plss,sir mujhe exercise karte hue 10 months ho gye hai, starting me 3 months me body grow ho rhi thi weight bhi increase hua tha, lekin uske baad se body grow nhi ho rhi hai,diet bhi le rha hu or ab 1 month se gainer bhi start kiya tha but usse bhi result nhi aaya,sir aap pls help kare ki me muscle mass kaise badhau... Thank you sir..🙏🏼🙏🏻
