Started muay thai finally at 36. The combo drills were tough but in a good way, hands down the roughest part of the session was jumping rope in the beginning. I've never really done it in my life so I for sure was jumping high as hell, swinging my arms like a mad man, nearly passing out probably from not breathing right, and whipping the shit out of my toes and gassing out really fast lol. We'll try again tomorrow 🥊🥊
