How'd you guys fair with this 10 minute routine? Hopefully it wasn't too hard as it was my "warmup" skipping routine. More difficult ones will be coming soon.

What's your take on people saying skipping is junk training because you could use your time spent on closer simulations of combat like shadow boxing and Dutch drills?
