Every year, I spend nearly 1 month deciding my Next year's New Year Resolutions. Have been doing it for the past 17 years and always have 5-10 Resolutions as my Annual goal. I attain on average around 80% of them as they are written down and printed at like 5 places in my house so I always take this thing as a strictly to be followed sort of plan. Believe me, I have been able to sort my life really good because I take a lot of time deciding them and then even more time efficiently to execute it.

The FitnessGram PACER Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.

My New Year's resolution is confidence I am so awkward. Update it's now 2021, I became "popular" I prefer well known. But I have so many new friends. My life is now genuinely better I am awkward at times. But I'm happier.

Notes🤌 -> Start small -> Enjoy the processs & make the process enjoyable -> Motivation is a skill which means it can be taught. -> Inner motivation ( doing for the just the sake of doing it ) is way more powerrful than outside motivation

The best advice should be not to make any New Year’s resolutions. I know it’s not really a popular opinion in today’s world of Facebook & Instagram success but it’s better for you.

I always make the mistake of overcommitting with an unrealistic load of workouts to jump right into after 0 exercising for months, so I think I should really try that method for exercise

I watch all KZbin videos at x2 speed because everyone talks too slowly, so you can watch a KZbin video in half the time, this one included.
