Doing a "single-single-double" cadence REALLY helped me get my doubles! I had issues with the timing on my hands, and it made me "feel" what it was supposed to feel like! Lol! After trying for over 3 years, I finally got them about 2 weeks ago! I'm currently up to 40 unbroken! 💪💪

I kinda put my feet in my mouth by admitting I don't know how to jump rope. I made a bet with a friends daughter I'd teach her to drive a manual if I can't jump rope by Easter. If I do manage, she'll make me a peanut butter pie. To be absolutely blunt, how'd you like to pretend you're me & win my bet?
