I am holding on to ‘things’ that I believe are going to help me ‘save’ others. My biggest fear is that I will powerlessly have to watch people suffer, where I could have been able to offer help if properly prepared.

I feel like saying thank you for your teachings every time just isn't even enough. I wonder if you have an idea of what listening to you means to so many of us...I truly appreciate you, Nada.

Loved this analogy. I have been working on attachment issues with people for a long time. This gives me a new insight into how to see things. Thank you.

Hello There, thank you for the contribution young Bhiksu (Buddhist Monk). It has been stated that the energy put into something is the equal energy in contradiction to it mentally. Or in other words the effort put into an affirmative is the equivalent energy potentially put into it as a negation. The passion of the emotion is the key to release the desire. To unfurl the ego and not be personally offended. To allow and accept as eloquently you have already stated. To observe the contrast from a neutral stance takes patience with yourself. It isn't done just once but repeatedly like developing a compassionate muscle from within. Namaste. (Channeled via angelic intuitive automatic writing. )

I think the reason some people find it difficult to let go, is because even the action of letting go, is in itself an action which requires effort. Whereas, to simply decide to cease holding on, requires nothing more than relaxation. An archer performs the perfect shot, not by letting go of the bowstring with the fingers, but by simply relaxing the fingers, which will in turn allow the bowstring to leave the fingers, effortlessly. Stop trying to let go, instead, relax and cease holding on ❤

My fingers grew rigid and it was painful to release the grip, it required more effort and my fingers were sore. I am part of the current situation and reality. I, in part, shape the environment that I am in and am part of. Easier to let go of desire for life. Can't just will away the need for air.

Wow, my suffering doesn't come from the desire, it comes from my resistance towards the desire 😮 Thank you so much, I couldn't understand from where the desire had been getting so much energy and gotten so strong, I had given it so much power with my resistance. I simply have to acknowledge and accept the desire, I don't need to act upon it of course, simply accept it's there and let it be, and focus my attention in things that I actually enjoy and love doing like my hobbies and interests. Thanks for the answer I was looking for, you're here for a divine reason, thank you so much and I wish you the best. 🙏🙏🙏🛐

Yes, always available. Do you remember the stealing of the goose who laid golden eggs and what happened to her? When I breathe-in, do I worry about breathing-out? When I breathe-out, will I ever be able to inhale´, again? Anyway, thanks for your video, Nada. Our journeys are nearly over. / With cosmic greetings/ Sharing love.

Wonderful, pragmatic advice. But for some, it's easier said than done. due to levels of intensity of per situation..some are not as flexible as others ( my opinion) TY..
@AwakenInsight6 ай бұрын
That's not just your opinion. It's a fact. It always takes more effort to do something than to merely talk about it. Some people just don't want to make the effort. The phrase 'easier said than done' is the best excuse since it can be applied to virtually anything.

Is it possible to empathise and love without attachment?
@AwakenInsight6 ай бұрын
Attachment has nothing at all to do with love or empathy. Attachment is due to a preoccupation with oneself, whereas love and empathy is concerned with the welfare of others.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:02 *🤔 Letting go of attachment seems very difficult or even impossible for many people.* 00:29 *💡 Recognizing that attachment is the cause of your suffering is the first step to letting go.* 00:45 *👀 Observe your own suffering to see if it arises from a particular attachment, rather than just accepting it as a concept.* 02:20 *😞 Suffering arises from attachment to desiring something you don't have or fear of losing something you have.* 03:43 *🥔 Use a physical object to experience the tension of holding on tightly versus the ease of letting go.* 06:18 *💪 Holding on requires effort and creates tension, while letting go releases all effort.* 07:33 *😮 Resistance to reality is the same as attachment - both cause suffering.* 08:39 *🧘 Acceptance means relaxing and allowing things to be as they are, rather than resisting.* 10:06 *🔍 Explore why you have a particular attachment - what you think the object will provide for you.* 12:21 *😌 Happiness comes from being present and free from desire, not from obtaining objects of desire.* Made with HARPA AI

This was just what I needed to hear/watch tonight. I felt your voice, it went thru my chakra, as in I felt it first in my hips, then chest, then straight out the top of my head. I've had that happen before many times but not in awhile. So thank you! This whole message had me in tears & something I truly needed to hear. I've had counseling etc... but the way you put it and say it is spot on. I am an old soul but still having difficulty in these times. So thank you. The object I chose to grasp, in your exercise, was black tourmaline. I'm just in awe and thankful you brought me back to my center. ❤🙏

This was so good. Sometimes attachment to ambition is something that must be let go, and replaced with something else. Enjoy things when theyre are available, and be ok when they are not. Sounds good to me.

i suffer with binge eating disorder and find myself in a cycle where i eat, feel shame and promise not to return but then i find myself leaning on food for comfort, i failed to notice when i feel anxious idk how to be more aware of my feelings. my stomach feels so hard from stress and its hurts :( any advise?
@TheFunkybert6 ай бұрын
Eating disorder confusion is worth finding the right specialist therapist that you connect with who can assist in the wiring of the disorder and healing techniques. Seek professional help first.. a balanced approach is to also find a proper spiritual mentor (suggest Reiki) who helps you through desire/attachment practices as well… you can heal and strengthen your awareness, courage, and unconditional love of self. Do this for your well being. 🙏

@@TheFunkybert sadly, mental health in my country is not given much importance some therapiest don't even know what eating disorders are. they just tell u to talk about family prob and that it. and if i find a good one, it will be very expensive. im reading books and trying to do it alone.

Thank you. It's really insightful and I could connect many of my thoughts to your ideas but it's difficult although it's relevant and important. In the case of a person, I must say, man being a social being can't live alone and be happy alone always. He seeks for a sense of fulfillment through his experiences in life and when he is fulfilled, attachment vanishes but when the opposite happens, then things become complicated and then it's hard to practice all these, acceptance and let go and we have to practice that hopelessly and helplessly.
