I recently subscribed to your channel! I was down to 160! When I was running a lot of miles! I needed hip surgery! When I turned 50! And my running had to stop ! I did gain weight again! My weight crippled up to 195! My wife and I are going to Myrtle beach in August! Plus I’m turning 56 in June! I lift weights everyday! Do push-ups! I go walking !! I’m struggling though! That’s why I fast to help! I want to look lean!

I either eat 3 or 2 eggs with egg whites! Whole wheat muffin! Greek yogurt blueberries! My weakness is wings! A good burger! I oh yeah pizza! I used to eat. 6 eggs everyday while I did keto! Then I thought that was too many!

May come back on my calories see you one meal a day or two but last couple days I’ve been to one day with Greek yogurt with fruit in the middle for a snack I want. Is that lean look? I do every day I’ve been increasing my push-ups off my foot and on the floor, we’re going to be, but I just wanna look better

Josiah, when you have a calorie goal of let's say 2000 a day, should you give yourself credit for exercise? Like if you have eaten 1000 then burn 500 on a run are you able to eat 1500 more? Or don't credit exercise no matter what? My Garmin keeps crediting exercise. Thanks!

I’d recommend not eating more calories based on what you burn. A properly set calorie goal will take into account all exercise and movement you’re doing already

My fast goes between 18 to 24 hrs! When my wife and I go on our date! I’ll usually fast for 24!

I wouldn’t stress body fat percentage too much. Just focus on behaviors and habits. Have a daily checklist that you follow on repeat.
