CICO is a hypothetical equation that accounts for hormones and all those other things. Literally everything matters, and CICO accounts for all of it because its hypothetical.

I dont know if I said it because I felt scared--you have to do it according to your body. So they have different tests you can take much like glucose reading --great blutooth glucose monitor from relion. They also have something like a 4 or 5 in 1 blood test you can do --that is the right way to go. How? when your blood sugar is really low you have something, it will also tell you when you feel sick, when you were feeling light headed and maybe a bit fatigued, dizzy. That is a good way to go for eating, when your blood sugar is relatively normal when it gets low you will feel a certain way and you could eat something. That path along with blood pressure monitor is the best way to go! I need to use your energy....I can do this...over and over---if you start charting( they have a whole sheet/ book system) now you can really use that in the future because you can send that information to the doctor--you will see it change over time......all you can do is try it ! good luck

My tee accordingly to the evolt scale says 1946.. my bmr is a whoomping low of 1264. Im currently at 22.6 % body fat and wanna get down to 18..19. .. while knowing these numbers are super inaccurate can i still use them as a base . Also i dont weigh myself.. which I know makes zero sense lol i mentally mess me up.. but just having a number to shoot for will help me make better choices ..giving my body what it needs to get to my.. goal. What should my calories be using all this information 😅. Im a bit complicated lol sorry ahead of time

Re: blood panels - the point is that insurance won’t cover the labs… which is probably why the doctor won’t just prescribe it … you’re free to get and pay for whatever labs you want. They’re pretty expensive though…

To be honest i think all competition contestants should be all body painted the same. eg by guru body painter EMMA HACK ( re GOTYE , SOMEBODY I USED TO KNOW 's ,video film clip , why should a white/pink boy have a disadvantage to a dark fella...?
