I dont know whether you are going to read my comment or not but I really want to thank you with all my heart for providing such great content and helping so many women to become fit and healthy. You are really an inspiration. I used to believe that I wont be able to get fit but then I found your channel and believe me , your arms, thigh and belly workouts are tiring but proved to be extremely helpful for me. The best part is that I dont have to spend money on gymming, your videos help me to workout at home easily and effectively. Joanna Soh Official hi joahhna i do this workout after warm up 3 days alternatively in a week n do 10 min strenght training other 3 alternatively days in week so i workout 6 days a week n i take normal diet, just cut sugar, fizzy drink n junk food dats it... plz tell me its enough to lose my flabby arms... i m overall fit perfect weight except flabby arms n i hate it. plz encourage me how can i do

I love the fact that you are also going 100% with us in all the videos and sweat like we do. Somehow seeing your sweaty face motivates me to go to the end of the workout xD ..some other trainers do not always seem to be so tired after their workouts or their make-ups still stay intact which makes me (personally) demotivated lol. I really liked this as a warm up before my weight lifting routine! I like how your making these videos to help people starting out. Your very patient and you also take your time. Which is great!! Joanna, I just did this workout again and it's my FAVOURITE arm workout to do EVER in a long long time! I've searched far adn wide for other workouts and it's just not the same. I do these with 5 lb weights and they burn like crazy. I'm shaking as I type this :) THANK YOU SOH MUCH :D
