I dont know whether you are going to read my comment or not but I really want to thank you with all my heart for providing such great content and helping so many women to become fit and healthy. You are really an inspiration. I used to believe that I wont be able to get fit but then I found your channel and believe me , your arms, thigh and belly workouts are tiring but proved to be extremely helpful for me. The best part is that I dont have to spend money on gymming, your videos help me to workout at home easily and effectively. I again want to thank you and I really wish you keep doing the great work and continue spreading awareness on fitness. You are really helping me to become my true self. Joanna Soh Official hi joahhna i do this workout after warm up 3 days alternatively in a week n do 10 min strenght training other 3 alternatively days in week so i workout 6 days a week n i take normal diet, just cut sugar, fizzy drink n junk food dats it... plz tell me its enough to lose my flabby arms... i m overall fit perfect weight except flabby arms n i hate it. plz encourage me how can i do

I love the fact that you are also going 100% with us in all the videos and sweat like we do. Somehow seeing your sweaty face motivates me to go to the end of the workout xD ..some other trainers do not always seem to be so tired after their workouts or their make-ups still stay intact which makes me (personally) demotivated lol. I think you are doing a great job! I will def. follow your workouts, keep posting xx

I really liked this as a warm up before my weight lifting routine! I like how your making these videos to help people starting out. Your very patient and you also take your time. Which is great!! I've been a subscriber since like forever before you hit 100,000 and now your almost at 900,000-1M!! And one thing I admire is that you have remained smiling even through your changes, struggles and success! :D

Joanna, I just did this workout again and it's my FAVOURITE arm workout to do EVER in a long long time! I've searched far adn wide for other workouts and it's just not the same. I do these with 5 lb weights and they burn like crazy. I'm shaking as I type this :) THANK YOU SOH MUCH :D

Yaas! I enjoyed the arm workout this morning with the kickboxing upper body movements. My arms and upper body are tight and I could definitely feel the burn building throughout this workout 💪🏽 Thank you!

Joanna, I really liked this short and quick arm workout! I tried doing all the punches with a 5lb weight in each hand it was challenging--I loved the burn. Your workout filming style is really great--who is helping you?

Hi Joanna! Do you have any workout recommendations that can help potentially reduce breast size? I've been doing upper body workouts but I feel that they focus more on the arms than chest muscles. I don't know if I'm doing them right or if they're even the right workouts or if I should continue, so I was wondering what you think. Thanks! :D (it would help a lot if they didn't require any equipment)
