Mam I don't know why but I have problem of common.cold without.any reason even in summer also.plz give some solutions Nose itching watering eyes during sneezing are some symptoms but it recover fastly without medicine and suddenly appear also very.soon😢

@@prabinakhatiwada5230 It's Type of allergy but can be also related to food check what u eat & how u feel. Weather can be a factor too, try anti histamine pills or loose some blood & see if is better. Could be related to blood problems (high hemoglobin, polycythaemia or & high iron hemochromatosis) i would try to do dna test hfe for hemochromatosis. What's ur blood ph & calcium levels.

Namaste Red rice can be any of multiple varieties of rice that are high in anthocyanin, an antioxidant pigment that dyes the bran of the rice grain a reddish color. No brown rice is different.
