I use this now. I use allulose quite a bit because I have family members and friends who like me are sugar addicts. I make sure I provide things sweetened with allulose so they get something healthy since unlike me they will not commit to a low carb/carnivore diet. By showing them they don't have to give up sweets to be healthy it hopefully will get them to the next step of changing their diet completely. The one that has benefitted the most is my mother since I now take care of her. She eats what I cook and at 81, 82 in November, she is doing much better. I even make foods sometimes to feed family members or friends that are more keto than carnivore but they are always very low carb and extremely tasty. I make things like chicken fried chicken with a cream gravy but that is definitely carnivore the way I make it. A better example is meatball casserole. It's extremely Italian tasting but uses a low carb marinara with cheeses and Italian spices. My usual response is how they can't believe how good it tastes to be low carb. I'm just doing what I can.

My only intake of sweeteners is the occasional protein bar and protein powder. Unfortunately in Australia all the good tasting whey and casein use sucralose. I would happily pay more if they used allulose. A good education program around CGM is also required. I've been using allulose in my morning coffee for awhile now, and I find that it reduces my hunger for several hours. I have a question, though. If allulose reduces blood glucose even if it's already elevated and reduces insulin, where does that glucose go? Without the insulin to store it, is it just getting filtered by the kidneys? Does the liver store it in liver fat? It can't just disappear, right?

Oh, yeah. I remember now. You have no colon. So you won't care what allulose does to the colon.

Its super expensive unfortunately

Not at bulk sale - unless so with the discount code. That said still more expensive than sugar.

@nicknorwitzPhD thanks but I live in Ireland and the delivery is expensive. I find its difficult to buy it online anyway. I'm willing to buy a small bulk batch .

For once, I don't agree with you. How about just don't eat sugar!

You do agree with me, in a sense. It doesn't seem like you watched the whole video. I'm very clear it's not a must but a good option for those who would otherwise not give up sugar.

@@nicknorwitzPhD :D- it is not that I did not watch your whole video, it is that your video takes several watching to fully comprehend everything, and I am watching this while working...so I am only picking up 30-40%? Have a great weekend Nick!

@@nicknorwitzPhD Good. I get to keep my foot 8:08 👣 or my wife's foot - she has tasted my initial supply of RxSugar and is not opposed to having more!
