How to make 3 Ingredient Birria using EZ Bombs. PLUS: 3 recipes!

In this video I introduce a new product called EZ Bombs. They are tasty herbs and spices, compressed into a ball that is used for making Birria. It is incredibly easy and delicious!

For the Birria Beef:
1 or 2 pounds of roast beef, 4 cups of water. One EZ Bomb
Birria Tacos:
fry on a lightly oiled pan
corn tortillas
cheese
birria beef
onion and cilantro for the consommé.
(strain the beef)
Ramen noodles, discard the flavor packet.
add hot consomme to cook the noodles
onion and cilantro
Birria beef
1 hard-boiled egg cut in half.
Fried Taquitos
strain the beef
corn tortillas stuffed with Birria beef and rolled into a flute. Then fry the taquitos until crunchy.
Serve with guacamole or consomme for dipping.

I would recommend using a well marbeled chuck steak or roast and for extra pop, add some neck bones, the added collagen and fats kicks it up a notch.

They actually didnt create the barria bombs they are a dupe with additives. They are now trying to bully others that make the same bombs since 2018. Dont support this company they are not the original

Im making 4lbs so using 2 EZ bombs, should I keep it at 4 cups of water or should I do 8???

I would do 8. It seems to me that the seasoning will be too strong if you only use four cups of water, which is recommended for 1 eazy bomb.

What chiles are in the EZ bomb?

Hi Friend, a lot of recipes call for Ancho Peppers and Guajillo dried chili peppers. It is very similar to a chili Colorado. How the ezbomb company manage to make and form all the spices in a ball, is beyond me. These are people that I know. They stumbled onto a product that is going to bring them incredible wealth. They have only been in operation about a year and now they have a large warehouse and many employees. It all came from very hard work. It is a very good product.
