I was surprised when you said you hated the taste of protein powder, with milk and a mixer I think almost all tastes are like heaven, anyway I bought a 10 different tastes in 30 grams packs each for one shake per taste, so I will try all with milk and choose a taste.

Love this! Just tried it and I used water instead because I had no almond milk but it is very good. I just need a meal replacement and some protein from my work out so this was perfect. Thank you!

DANIELDABOSS It dont matter, but more ppl drink after, but make sure you have something or some protein in your system before the workout so you can process it better, i drink my shakes in the morning to replace my breakfest and hopefully bulk up.

Cant go wrong with peanut butter and banana! Even makes unflavored/unsweetened protein powder taste good. My go to post-workout shake right there.

Instead of milk, I use egg whites. 5 servings is 125 calories and 25 grams of protein. 1 whole apple. Ice. 1 serving of peanut butter. And some whey, if I need more protein. Good as a meal replacement, Great snack for hot summer days.

Something else that’s really packed with protein is chia seeds, lightly toast them and soak them in water before you eat them. Toasting then helps to break down some of the lectins contained in chia seeds, the water prevents it from getting caught in your stomach and intestines.🙂

To save on the protein powder can’t you just do one scoop per shake instead of two? It’s still a lot of protein right, plus everything else that would have protein in it (the pb, the milk, etc)

One scoop has about 25g of protein and a tsp of pb has 3g. Milk has 10g and so that's only about 38g. If you has quite a significant amount of muscle mass, that's not enough

What do you add in your shakes? Do you have problems with milk? DId you check the expiration date of your powder etc.?

SecondShadow well when i have regular shakes im fine but protien shakes mess me up and i do follow the expiration dates and all that

He's not bulking he's leaning out so he's not going to be huge. As for myself I'am bulking so my arms are kinda swole.

I got a 5lb bucket of gold standard chocolate flavor whey protien but about couple days ago is started to smell slightly different it doesn't smell as good and i don't know if it went bad already I still have about half the 5lb bucket, is it still goo or should I throw it away? Please help!!!

I been doin this for yes ..perculate coffee .old fashion type .not that mr coff crap ..pour 16oz hot into blender .add 2 scoops whey pro .1 tbls creatine non flavor .blend .it taste great .frothy .etc..280 or so cal low carbs high pro .

That looks so nice. The problem is, I still live with my parents, and they don’t want me to take any dietary supplements, so I have to be quiet with my protein powder. Is there any method to mix em without a blender or sumthing?
