I can not tell what you are doing to get the line that connects when moving the vertices on the spiral, How are you doing that?

I think you are talking about extruding. You can extrude a single vertex just like you can for a face or edge. If that isn't what you mean, could you please provide a timestamp so I can answer your question.

@@JSAbbott The time stamp is around 6:45 and I understand how to extrude, I am talking about the line that is connected to create vertices from one end to the other. I am sorry if my lingo is incorrect I am a beginner, I did manage to just build it by hand and finished the tutorial, Great BTW! But would love to know how you did that for future reference. Thank you for getting back so quickly.

@@xxxtigger8001 I'm simply moving the vertices. They are all connected so what you are seeing is simply me moving a vertex from the left side of the spiral to the right side of the spiral.
