@@rexiioper6920 tastes exactly like capers. did you watch the whole video? I talk about the flavor and the incredible tradition of hand processing of caper leaves by La Nicchia in Pantelleria. They export their leaves in the US and EU...

@@rexiioper6920 I think it's important to share what farmers are doing so people are aware. And real ingredients that employ a tremendous amount of labor under the sun should be priced accordingly. You don't have to watch! But if you do, you will see the point of this channel is to promote Italian gastronomic culture based on travel that I fund and video production and editing I fund. So far the only person spending any money here is me lol!
