Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel. As you can see i made some cassava bread from scratch. I wanted to mention something that i forgot to mention the video. If you're planning on making cassava bread to freeze for later, when your ready to eat the bread just thaw it and heat it. If you have a leftover just sprinkle some water and wrap with paper towel before heating the bread the next day. I hope you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching.

I'm sure you can add salt, sugar and egg to get it taste alittle better I know we do cassava flour by straining grated cassava like you've showed but we pour water over the cassava while it's in the cloth to wash the starch off , squeeze fiber well and spread them onto a dryer or can dry out in the sun, after it gotten dried , pour it into a blender or pound it the dried fiber it After wards strain the dried flour and there is your flour.

Wow! How easy!? I've always wanted to know how to make it myself. Your recipes are awesome; especially the one with the gari! I was once taught how to do the raw cassava one but it was kind of hard & tiresome on top of a dutch-oven. I like the gari coz it's handy, less work and all that. I eat my gari 'al dente', which is just as you've done it, with little water, so I know just what texture is need. I love both methods. Can't just believe the simplicity of it all! I am impressed. Great stuff. THANKS TONS!!
