One thing you can do to make sure the salt and baking powder are “all over” is mix them with the oatmeal before you add them to the wet part. This looks great! My son in law can’t eat gluten so I can’t wait to make some of these for him.

The seeds/no seeds sliced bun debate is me and my partner exactly! We solve it by cutting the seed bun top to bottom, and then horizontally -we each get half a top with seeds, and half a bottom. ❤️. Looking forward to making these buns!

I love to bake (and eat) yellow corn bread muffins with shredded natural cheddar cheese in them. A cheese corn bread muffin is wonderful with a bowl of bean soup; and, a cheese corn bread muffin makes a great take along snack when I am away from home.

I have made these protein buns a number of times and always so delicious! I do not always have cottage cheese on hand, so I have substituted with sour cream or greek yogurt. They have turned out in every combination that I have used. I also love to add cinnamon! Yum. Once I used a few savoury flavours. These are now my standalone bun recipe. P.S. I use gluten free oats for bonus. Thanks for making my days brighter with your videos. 😘
