These were fantastic! The only thing id like to know is when cooked the middles where the rolls met is was slightly undercooked, cooked anymore and the rest would have been overcooked. How can i remedy this??

We've always called it Portuguse sweet bread, unless the newer generation (in Hawaii?) are calling it Hawaiian sweet bread? I know on the continent they do.
