Bread flour. 354g
Room temp water. 386g
Instant yeast. 14g
Bread flour. 354g
Egg yolks. 85g
Granulated sugar. 64g
Salt. 18g
Vegetable oil. 85g

This is more precise if you weight in grams like the initial recipe.

Grams are standard measurement. Only the US is stuck in the outdated imperial system, the rest of the world have progressed a long time ago.
