You could try the flax egg(1 Tbsp grounded flaxseed and 2 Tbsp boiling water mixed). However, I am not sure how that will affect the taste but it's worth a try. Let me know if you try it, I would love to know how it turned out 🙂

Hi Sharon I found that the amount of flour I used was perfect and resulted in a delicious, soft and fluffy koeksister. ☺️ keep well!
