A good liquid nascent iodine really helped me with my hypothyroidism, and helped me avert medication. I would of course do much research and you may have to figure out what dosage works best and make sure to get tested by dr first and post to ensure you’re doing what’s best for your body. Maybe you’ll have better luck with dr, mine told me iodine was irrelevant 😂, she obviously knew nothing about the human thyroid system

I love it when people think ahead of the crowd. In a world that readily accepts labels and all sorts of diagnosis, when people stretch it a teeny bit and step outside the limited boundary, it motivates at least the rest of us who want to explore too. Centuries ago there were sicknesses that were seen as incurable and they are not anymore. Science can be stretched. It all begins with we believing to a certain extent without any proof. The proof comes after. 1000% appreciate this effort.

Hey Bryan, I am from India and I want to follow a similar routine as you. I was able to achieve the totally similar diet plan you gave in the blueprint recipe. But I can certainly not get all of the supplements, can you somehow narrow it down so that a usual person can do it too.

I love how I went from “this guy is a total loony narcissistic vampire” to “Ah new vid from the wise and honest Healthman, need to take notes and soak in all his wisdom knowledge to become very old vampire myself” 🧛‍♀️ 🤔 🙃

hey Mr. Johnson, i had a random question, did your team consider matcha in any of your meals? The Research on it is pretty positive so far so i was wondering about your and your teams thoughts on it

Thank you for this! Just curious, is it okay to eat chia seeds without soaking them in water?
@NicolesNaturals

Yeah, I was thinking about that too. I think they should be soaked first. It can be dangerous for some individuals to eat it like that.

Let's be sad together, Bryan! Love my nutty pudding. Every. Single. Day. Thanks for the amazing recipe and your good humor. I set a daily alarm today to start my bedtime routine at 8:30 every day. No more "it's midnight, how'd that happen!?" for me. Or at least, less frequently ;-)

Anyone know if there is a nutritional reason not to blend the chia seeds?
@agh0x01

Omega-3 availability from chia seeds is significantly higher if you grind them, so that's what I've been doing in my evening smoothie for the last few years.

I have smoothie bowls pretty often, the only weird thing about this is the fact that protein powder is just floating all dry on the top. You should blend it with the rest of ingredients and you'll get an even creamier consistency.
