Ingredients:
Preparation Time: 70 minutes (If in a hurry skip the resting time for the dough and fry)
Cooking Time: 10 - 15 minutes
Total Time: 85 minutes (1 hour 25 minutes)
2 cups of plain flour
2 tablespoons of cold butter
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/4 cup of cold water mixed with coconut milk (coconut milk is optional)
1/4 cup of oil for frying (use less for very shallow frying)
