Try using ayurvedic herbs, that's what helped thicken my hair

Nah, that is a black sewing thread but you can use a strand of wool

If your hair type is in the 4a,b,c categories, you can't escape shrinkage. Shrinkage is just a sign of a healthy hair 😁don't mind it. Instead you can keep your hair stretched
