@DadasFoodCraveKitchen3 жыл бұрын
Here in my city in Pennsylvania. The potato leaves, and jute leaves i got from a farm where you can go and pick up your own vegetables. You can also buy them frozen too. We're planning on going back this summer. By the grace of God. Thanks for watching. Appreciate it 🙏 💯 🙌

If you don't have krain krain then try callaloo or mix krain krain with callaloo or use taro leaves or cocoyam leafs.
@AfrikQ104 жыл бұрын
Jute leaves, kren Kren , palaver sauce, are cooked by themselves. That's correct. Those who use okra and spinach are trying to get the sauce correct by combining the two.

Am afraid to say that NOT how Sierra Leone OBIATA is cooked. Wronge my sister. The way you cook it is just the ordinary ways. Sierra Leone OBIATA is cooked in two parts. SORRY. All the same good work.🙏💞
@oluakinwale48594 жыл бұрын
Is that the correct spelling? "Obiata" or "obe ata"? We need to learn to spell correctly as not to confuse people.
