How to make ricotta cheese (Lemon Ricotta)

You’re not going to believe how ridiculously easy making ricotta cheese with this recipe is. And you can use it for so many things! Pasta filling, lasagna, on a salad, you name it! And you can season it however you want. I just really like the lemon ricotta version. Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need:
2 cups whole milk
One cup of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
