Hi Rachel, I have a question. Did you chop the pecans yourself or did you get them in a bag? I have never chopped up nuts before and I don't know how to properly measure them.

When I pulled them out of the oven they were completely underdone. If you're following this recipe, I'd recommend putting them in the oven for more time if you had them in the freezer for 30 minutes. They tasted pretty good though 😊
