Salaams Jenna, I love maleeda, especially this type made from the roti, one of my fellow teachers used to make for us in school when we had Eid ul Adha treat and we had hot piping roti...but she mixed everything in the food processor and then transferred to a bowl to add raisins etc and then formed her balls😊

Looks delicious as always, but first time I see someone put carnation milk, also I know some people add some grated coconut and a little black pepper, but I will definitely try your method!!
@JennaGTheHijabiTT4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! The carnation milk for me just adds some more moisture. I have never had coconut in it... and yes I forgot to mention the pinch of black pepper that some people add to it... they say the black pepper is the ‘secret’ lol

Hi good day I really don't like this type of malida, but I attended a Islamic prayer and they had a grind rice version, do you know how to make that type? I only ate that once and some Muslims seems not to know of it in 🇹🇹, I would love that recipe
