Nice tip with folding the paratha. I usually just flip the dough 4 times then seal it . I didn't realize that rolling it in gives it layers.

very interesting recipe, i have never had these, will try them for sure , I tried your previous buss up shut recipe after years trying other recipes and yours was hands down the best , i know there was no milk or sugar in there, did u just use the milk and sugar in this one because of this recipe ? Maleeda is one of my favourites, and it killed me when you said that you hated raisins because I hate raisins too 😂. I never heard of coconut in the maleeda before so I'll give it a shot this weekend!
