I read the entire Ryan’s kzbin.infoUgkxGqOCINHE0Z0E5gxzSdNi9NWGugRY5Hm2 Plans and was able to make a shed plan. Using Ryan’s Shed Plans alone, the shed itself is great. Where I wish I knew more is with respect to ground preparation and foundations. Maybe that's beyond the scope of Ryan’s Shed Plans.

Works for vinyl j trim on siding as well. One of my trademark features of a job, no one does corners like I do. Customers love it

You should note which way to run these miters and the tab that gets bent back into the j in a way that’s more conducive to water exfiltration. Good vid. Good tip on cropping that miter point to clamp down on the other j.

I think you could get away with an entire metal series. I’m one that’s for it. If premieres pay more do them as premieres.

And regardless of how good you are you still see that corner. I did this for a fair amount of time and while it may look pretty good it just doesn't look good. Some are definitely better than others, but I truthfully hated working with vinyl or metal. 😢😢

Ummmm.... you should point out that the tab inside should be down because water flows down so top is tab on both sides and sides are tab over bottom and bottom has 0 inside tabs and now any rain will naturally fall not penetrating the flashing.

You could just mitre properly and not trim that corner. Also notching the the male piece allows it to fit into the hem. 50 feet of aluminum will expand or contract about 3/8ths of an inch with a 40+ temp change. A corner like this will never see that much change, just laziness and a poor excuse for shoddy work.

Not trying to be rude or to insult anyones intelligence so plz don't think I am because am nowhere near an expert at this but, why couldn't you just sand the bit that's protruding up and paint it black with touch up paint.
