@@MikeZouth well, despite being a 1.5" bar galvanized steel bar, it still has a lot of flex and it makes muscle ups difficult. So I have to stabilize more. Other than that it's perfectly fine for rings, pull ups and straight bar dips.

Thanks so much for those elbow stretches. Was your elbow pain on the inside or outside of the elbow, or somewhere else? Ie. golfer’s elbow or tennis elbow?

Great tips! I'm still struggling to get a body weight mu. I can do them easily with a 10 kg band. I'm curious what your one-rep max is for a weighted pull up? Thx!
