@@MikeZouth well, despite being a 1.5" bar galvanized steel bar, it still has a lot of flex and it makes muscle ups difficult. So I have to stabilize more. Other than that it's perfectly fine for rings, pull ups and straight bar dips.

Thanks so much for those elbow stretches. Was your elbow pain on the inside or outside of the elbow, or somewhere else? Ie. golfer’s elbow or tennis elbow?

Great tips! I'm still struggling to get a body weight mu. I can do them easily with a 10 kg band. I'm curious what your one-rep max is for a weighted pull up? Thx!

The last time I tried I think my max was 40 kg. Let me know if there is a specific sticking point I can help with in your muscle-up 😊👊🏼.

how many bodyweight muscle ups do you recommend before starting weighted muscle ups and with what weight would you start weighted muscle ups with?
