Dave , when you say out side down town , is cheaper for accommodation , ect , how many minutes by motorcycle is outside the expensive circle , ie minutes from Pub St

How is the TEFL situation these days in Cambodia? Is it still possible to find a position there with just a proper TEFL vs also having a college degree? I'm planning on moving within a year but when I made a post about it on Reddit asking some questions, I was ripped apart. Has it changed or were those commenters just trying to keep the competition from growing?

Thank you .. if I come by bus from Bangkok to Siem Reap , do immigration @ the land border gives me an e visa so I extend it for another month? I am Canadian and would like to stay for 2 months to explore Cambodia for my retirement. Please advise and Thank you
