Wonderful video! Yes, I've actually tried this before, but a simpler version of it. I picture the person and connect to their spirit, then say, "I forgive you. Please forgive me." And it has gotten me amazing results! I find this is especially good in situations in which you can't talk directly to a person. Example: my ex-wife. Despite the fact that we've been divorced for 4 years, and I've let go of any past anger or upset towards her, she continues to have major anger and resentment towards me. It's not even possible to approach her on this in person. So, I used the above technique, and it worked like magic. She has become so much more peaceful and accepting, and nice even, which for her is nothing short of a miracle! I'm going to do the full Ho Oponopono method now, and I'm looking forward to seeing the results. Thank you! I love you and your channel. You're a precious soul, and love the work you do. This is true - seen this technique many times and love ❤️ it and it's true about forgiveness yet it's not always easy with forgiveness. There is energy on the big island of Hawaii that gave me spontaneous healing even before I had awareness. These are powerful healing techniques. @@pihuarora1968 Hi, my friend! Thank you for your interest. What is good with Ho´oponopono is that it is so, so easy to do. You have the four phrases, "I am sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you" and you can say or think of them as often as you like. No rules for when or how to do it, just say/think the phrases, even in an order you like yourself. If you want to specify what you wish to clean, just think och say what you need to clean. I have cleaned away bad neighbours, illness and sometimes people who were not good for me and much more. You can clean anything that comes to your mind and makes you feel bad. If you are in Facebook, you could join a group called Ho´oponopono Worldwide. It is a good group for both newcomers and more experienced and you can ask whatever questions you want and nobody thinks you are a jerk. I sometimes write there too, but most of all I read the posts people are sending. Good luck and blessings to you, too. 💖👍

I think this technique is a common message that our society just doesn't use. Yet your message is timely. Sometimes I think about moments where I wasn't complete in sync with my chakras or energy and behaved disorderly.. Yet then I reminisce and ask myself .. What if I just decided at that point how good my energy could be using what I know now.. and if I didn't like what I felt from the people at that moment what if I could let them feel this balance too.. and I notice projecting my healing on others makes me feel more whole.. because it's the energetic differences we feel are real between others that can damage the self.

I think, yes, HO-OPONOOPONO is possible especially for oneself when a person finds out they are befallen by illness. I recently got sick, my foot bothered me, I reflected on the whole situation and realized l was at fault. I asked myself and or body for forgiveness, due to my own neglect and then proceeded to try to heal with the help of KZbin. As far as practicing it on other people, l think it is possible, but you have to be a very spiritual person to help others in kind.

I loved this video. It resonated so deeply within me. It's something I'm going to try on myself and every member of my family. I'm a level 2 reiki practioner, and my teacher made it abundantly clear that you must always have permission from somebody to do healing on them. Does anybody know, was this just something she may have been wrong about? Or, is reiki somehow different in that you must have permission? She did mention gaining permission at a soul level but I never felt comfortable with that. Regardless, I always wished I was allowed to heal people who weren't asking for my help, so this is like a dream come true. Namaste, to you all. Re "you must always have permission" I believe that you ALWAYS have "permission" to love, because that is Who you are; LOVE is Who you are. So "Love" is implied. As we are all One, we are ALL Love.
