It’s the Anglr Bullseye! Pretty cool deal for pre-fishing/breaking down water but even better for actually fishing. The Anglr app is basically a digital logbook that allows you to drop waypoints and saves all sorts of data about each fish catch that you can come back in later and view or edit. Stuff like wind speed and direction, air temp, barometric pressure, etc. The app is free but they offer add-ons like the Bullseye that just make it a lot easier to use and better. It’s like 30 bucks but you can bluetooth link it to your phone and that way each time you catch a fish you just hit the Bullseye and it logs all that stuff without having to take your phone out each time. People compare ANGLR to Fishbrain, but it’s wayyyy better than Fishbrain

I have been relentlessly trying to catch a bass since October of last year. Not even a $500 professional bass guide was able to get me on my first bass since I was a kid. I’ve spent way more money then I care to share here on gear and tackle. Super high end rod and real setups along with every brand of soft plastic and hard lures from tackle warehouse and Karl’s bait and tackle. I’ve spent countless hours at all my local lakes trying everything I can think of and still nothing. Many hours in my backyard practicing flipping and pitching at targets set up all around the yard. Apparently I’ve been trying all the wrong things at all the wrong times. What started out as fun and challenging has become very frustrating to say the least. I sincerely appreciate you trying to explain why and what I should be doing but unfortunately I’m still completely lost and discouraged.

Okay so is low pressure better for bass fishing? There have been many cases where there is a storm rolling through and right before it hits is when I have the most luck, on top water at least. The winds start picking up and the pressure is around 29.4"-29.6" and I will catch a fish almost every cast with a buzzbait or a buzz toad with an aggressive retrieve. I've just always thought low pressure is better but recently some people are trying to tell me different.
