I was correct, the next set of discoveries will be counter intuitive statements. Example: Gravity behaves differently at (smaller) scales.

The thing is not finding the NEXT BIG THING their will always be a next big thing, one after another after another, it’s about having the money and the will to get in on it early, when it’s the most profitable, you can’t let anyone’s judgement or ideas stop you! We have all seen something we knew would be HUGE, but having the money when the Opportunity materializes and for lack of a better term THE BALLS to hop on the train before your peers and possibly be wrong and get ridiculed….

The future sounds lonely and alienated. No universal shared experiences and references will render us all foreigners to each other in our own home. And what of shared values? We already have begun to lose them.

What is this talk about? How did she get approved? I have been watching a range of ted talks lately after being away for a few years. Boy has it gone downhill.

The nexty big thing is to live under the light of technology. Period. If you're a liberal, or an extremist, please reconsider your life, because technology won't let ypu demolish our peaceful world. It's a fact.

Let me shorten what this presentation is trying to tell you. Predicting the future is easy to a degree. When you try a product that you know does something different and we’ll, but don’t know why. It will be popular. Yoga became popular because it’s low impact and sells a life style choice. Non lactose milk, plant based milk became popular because most people develop a low level loctose intolerance. Nearly everyone knows the link between cows and climate change.
