"Without the breath there is no yoga!" This saying emphasizes the importance of working with the breath in entering the deeper aspects of our being. Breath work has two stages-breath training and pranayama. Rolf describes the three steps within breath training that prepare us for pranayama: awareness of the breath, a relaxed sense of the mechanics of breathing, and the mind relaxing and becoming the observer of our own relaxed nervous system. He concludes by mentioning some of the types and benefits of pranayama.

He has a wonderful voice, very relaxing and assuring, kind of like alan chumack but without the reiki hands, this is like asmr in a way, want to share my experiance also, i moved my solar plexus energy into my hands a while ago, i was ok, enlightened by the moving energy, really helps with what once i thought was anxiety

Took a while, months maybe, was making things with my hands, drawings, origami, the feeling was like having a controlable energy rushing gently to my hands, the energy came from by the solar plexus, stomach area, since then i stopped, dont know why, but interesting to know i can control my feelings more than my thoughts, unless it was my thoughts sinking into my body and through my hands, i can still do it again and again, and with my legs to, could be energy distrabution, sorry my spelling is not that good in words, how are you youself, have you tryed it yourself?

Also i want to add, breathing contols body temperature when anxiety peaks, so breathing fast or slow depends on what you feel is warmer or cooler to you and the experiance

Its difficult to say, music and my back garden has helped more recently in how i feel inside myself, but i have to say its calmer energy, and being anxious like before is only when i meet new people face to face, but in slowly getting better socializing with my family around them in our own home, i stopped drawing and do gardening instead, also seeing alot more sun and breathing outside air, slowly becomming less agoraphobic, but anxiety still there when it wants to warn me, but im rewarded with better emotions at times when i see clearly for what people are, im getting better by the experiance when they are more of a learning cerve, garden helps greatly, and always learning new ways to grow in all ways inside and out, thank you for your time reading this, its great to share good things along the way.

Also asmr videos helped me when i was more sensitive to sounds and visuals around me, #massageasmr is my favourite youtuber, and lillium asmr good for guided relaxation in a informative way, there also inaudible asmr which is good for sound therapy i found, but like all things, can be strange at 1st but then becomes natural, as asmr i find is really a nurturing way of relaxing, asmr community online all lobe eachother all the same, great to share how we feel when relaxed and get more comfortable informativily and learn new ways of dealing with sounds, just like the monks do and buddhists, hope im making sense of my words im using, was in the mist of how i was feeling from the start but better at recognising feelings, been few years now and still have anxiety but not so much as before, concentrating on that i love the most works better basically all in all.

The Book The Heat of Buddhas Teachings' transformed my suffering into ecstatic joy and love for life. Right after I had to sign my kids away.. (I Skipped through the really technical stuff that I didn't understand. Idk check it out or look the authors books to find one - he has a ton! And JUST reading through his Words not understanding or thinking too hard brings incredible peace
