Dear ..thx for wonderful information. How long it will take to reverse prediabtic? N if it get reverse. Is there any chance to get it again?

Hi Jia! Thanks for the question :) It's not an easy one to answer as everyone is different. If you reverse prediabetes by making a lifestyle change or losing weight it could take several months or longer. If you stop those lifestyle changes or gain back weight (for example) then you could get it again. It's also possible that due to your genetics and factors out of your control that you could get it again, however you are reducing your risk and preventing or delaying as long as possible with the evidence-based lifestyle changes discussed in this video.
