Do we have to count sugar grams? If so, how much should we intake for each meal?

Hi Bibi! Each person is a little different. Do you have a diabetes team or dietitian? I often recommend between 90-130 g carbs per day split up. But, it would be helpful to have someone look at your food intake and individual requirements. Here is a sample meal plan as well www.fitaftergd.com/meal-plan
