What are the benefits of shorties?

They’re used as a way to keep tension on your muscles. You should use them as a form to reach complete failure. So basically after your form breaks down. Try to rep out a few shorties to hit that failure point. You should see increases in mass, strength, and endurance.

So glad I found this, but I have a quick question, watching this I see there’s several different levels, should we complete all the exercises in that one level or just choose one it looks like we choose all three for that level before moving onto the next I’m just clarifying. Also, when you say do this twice a week, would this be like on upper body day or push day? Also, truly blessed for this content because I haven’t seen a video so detailed and user-friendly and you actually walk through it step-by-step with a solution.
