They’re used as a way to keep tension on your muscles. You should use them as a form to reach complete failure. So basically after your form breaks down. Try to rep out a few shorties to hit that failure point. You should see increases in mass, strength, and endurance.

Also, when you say do this twice a week, would this be like on upper body day or push day? Also, truly blessed for this content because I haven’t seen a video so detailed and user-friendly and you actually walk through it step-by-step with a solution.
