What is the part number for the door lock cylinder?

The part # I used was Standard Products 4723484, DL-41B. Available from Rock Auto.

So, if we don't have the original key for the lock, we can't open it up to rekey??

You would need the original key to open up the cylinder yes, or you would have to pick the lock or use a locksmith. In some cases, cyinders will have the key code stamped on them, so you could get another key cut at a dealer as well.
