I have started to suffer migraines more and more frequently over the last 3 years. I haven't had a migraine for about 4 months but woke up at 0430 this morning with one. I usually resort to medication, migraine relief frequencie, and, if possible, sleep to try and clear it. But i ran out of meds. I was desperate enough to look for some new frequencies on youtube and came across this (now at 1230 in the day). I honestly can't believe it's worked. It's taken my migraine down from unbearable to very tolerable, and the nausea has gone after only one round of the massage technique. Thank you.

Every time the barometric pressure has a big rise or dip, I get a debilitating migraine. Today, I woke up with a migraine, and I've been fighting it all day. I figured a KZbin video was a shot in the dark, but these stretches have given me the first bit of relief I've felt all day. Thank you.

I'm right there with you. My head is like the entry doors to homes in the mid south. My skull is constantly expanding and contracting in these weather conditions. 32 in the morning then 76 in the afternoon, it's hell here.

IT REALLY WORKS!! been fighting a migraine for hours today and all my normal methods weren’t working which was scary (prescription medication, ice packs, napping). literally stumbled upon this video as a frantic google search and decided to give it a go. found a huge knot in the right side of my neck just below my skull and was able to massage and stretch it out by following the video. headache is now very tolerable. thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏻 ❤

@@circuitd942 sure. But most people will not know that difference. So understanding that “the pain in your head, whether it be a migraine or a headache” can come many different things, one of which being an allergy, may still help people
@kg6801
@kg6801 Жыл бұрын
@@circuitd942 Since when are migraines not able to be triggered by particular foods or substances or combinations of triggers, or food allergies not be able to trigger migraines? Yes, food allergy headaches present differently to migraines, but they're not mutually exclusive, and the commenter didn't describe the migraines/headaches, just the source. While I agree that people do tend to put headaches into the migraine bucket, there's not enough information here to justify jumping down this person's throat like this as if that's what they're doing.

Idk. Being told they're migraines by numerous doctors over the years sure had her convinced it was a migraine. And the fact that migraines often have food triggers that will still cause migraines that are identical to the other migraines. The fact that so many people are experts about something that even the experts don't understand makes the internet such a wonderful place. And yeah very different from an anaphylactic reaction, just migraines.

I just discovered your vid, it’s my 2nd day having migraine, I took paracetamol 3 times already, after I tried your whole exercises and repeat it for few times, it does indeed relieve the pain, not instantly, but slowly I feel less pain compare to before I found your vid. Thank you for the education and teaching people how to relieve the muscle tensions that cause the pain😊 I honestly feel you’re very helpful!

I’ve had a constant headache behind my eyes for a year now, along with painful neck and shoulders. I was given migraine medication with no improvement. I’ve realised that my muscles are causing the headache, so trying to release the trigger points and tension with exercises and hoping the headache will go. It’s been very depressing. I was wondering if anyone else has been through this and if anything helped them get better?
