And for the record, my bowl was full of cake batter and the paddle was covered in it, but your video showed me how to easily detach the batter-covered paddle. Thanks!

Flash - Doesn't say anything about a paddle that is stuck on the Kitchen aid. How about showing one that one can not be pushup up and twisted, otherwise stuck?

Totally useless - I know how to change the attachements without anyting in the bowl - was trying to find videos telling me how to do with with stuff in the bowl - I was given this mixer Kitchenaide Pro 600 with no paperwork so nothing known about it and can't find anything on internet - why would Kitchen aide make a mixer so hard to take attachments off with food in bowl.
