How to repair the adjustable sill plate on an exterior door threshold.

This video covers the repair of the top sill plate of the threshold. Originally a metal threshold with a wood sill plate was installed on the exterior door. Eventually the wooden sill plate rotted and was replaced. After rotting out a second time, we fabricated and replaced it with a new top plate made from PVC. This new plate should eliminate the problem forever.
