After years of fishing, this is the way I like to rig my bobbers for fishing, be it steelhead, trout, catfish or whatever. I like a slip bobber for easy changing of my depths. The fish tend to lay towards the bottom and with this system I can easily determine the depth and set my bobber at the correct depth for catching more fish. If they are suspended in the water column then I can adjust accordingly. I use a bobber stop, a bead, a bobber, a bumper, and finally an inline sinker. Lastly once rigged I'll tie on the terminal tackle.
